Yes, that's my back in the picture to your left. It took me a while to realize it, but I now know that having a muscular body is MY goal, not necessarily YOURS! Maybe you want to fit into an old favorite pair of jeans, or have the stamina to keep up with your children, or grandchildren - I get it. Even though my goals may not be yours (or maybe they are), how can a fat weight-loss consultant be expected help you lose weight?
Think of it this way: if you want to ride a bike 10 miles, why not train with someone who can ride 100 miles if you have the chance?
